Artist Statement

Instinct first.
Meaning follows.

I am a young artist working across Impressionism, Abstract Expressionism and Expressionism. I begin painting when the right canvas and the right moment come together. Painting gives me a sense of peace.

I want each work to hold texture and contradiction: messy yet considered, spontaneous yet balanced.

Above all, I want people to feel something when they encounter my work in person.
